Ingredients:

1 pounds Lean Ground Beef

1 egg

Spices - Salt, pepper, oregano, dried basil, thyme

2 tbsp Olive Oil (or butter)

1 pack Belgioso Fresh Sliced Mozzarella

1 pound Large Shrimp (shelled and de-veined)

4 pack King's Hawaiian Original Sweet Dinner Rolls

8 fresh basil leaves (washed and dried)

1/2 cup chopped cherry tomatoes (or 8 large tomato slices)

8 strips of crispy bacon (optional)

Sriracha mayonnaise (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a bowl, combine ground beef, egg, and spices until mixed.  Roll beef into four balls, then dent slightly in the middle of each to make a patty.   Place patties on a foil covered baking pan, and bake in the broiler section of the oven until cooked to desired temperature (We prefer medium to medium well).  Once done, remove excess oil by setting on paper towel for a few minutes.

In a skillet, saute shrimp in olive oil, salt, pepper, and spices to taste.  Cook until shrimp is completely pink, about 5 minutes at most.  Set aside.

Split and lightly toast dinner rolls.  On the bottom half of the roll, stack bacon (optional), slider patty, and mozzarella slice, and place in the warm oven for 3 minutes.

Then, add shrimp, fresh basil leaves, tomatoes, and sriracha mayo (optional) and top of the roll.  Secure the stacked slider with a sandwich pick.

Goes perfectly with a fresh salad or sweet potato fries and a glass of lemonade!

Serves 2 - Adjust as necessary to increase the deliciousness!

Enjoy!!
